ManorModern is a European brand with its headquarters in France. However, to ensure fast delivery for our British customers, all our stock is held in our logistics center in the United Kingdom . This means your order is shipped locally: you will pay no hidden customs duties, and delivery is quick and reliable.

Lighting fixtures are fragile, which is why we use reinforced packaging. If, despite our precautions, your product arrives broken or defective, don't worry: contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage, and we will send you a replacement unit free of charge immediately.

3. What is your returns policy?

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt, whether the item is faulty or you've simply changed your mind. Items must be uninstalled and in their original packaging. While our lighting fittings are designed to standard UK mains specifications (230V) and come with comprehensive, easy-to-follow instructions, we always recommend hiring a qualified electrician for installation. This ensures your beautiful new fitting is safely and securely wired, particularly if you are changing the switch type or moving the ceiling rose.

9. How do I know if the light will be the right size for my room?

Getting the proportions right is a common worry! We include precise measurements (height, width, drop length) on every product page.

10. How difficult is it to clean and maintain your glass ceiling lights?

We design our lights to be as low-maintenance as they are beautiful. For our glass shades and metallic components, a simple wipe with a dry, lint-free microfiber cloth is usually all that is needed to remove dust.
