1. Where is ManorModern based and where are the products shipped from?

However, to ensure fast delivery for our British customers, all our stock is held in our logistics centre in the United Kingdom. This means your order is shipped locally: you will pay no hidden customs duties, and delivery is quick and reliable.
2. What happens if my light arrives damaged?
keyboard_arrow_downLighting fixtures are fragile, which is why we use reinforced packaging. If, despite our precautions, your product arrives broken or defective, don't worry: contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage, and we will send you a replacement unit free of charge immediately.
3. What is your returns policy ?
