Refund policy

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return an item, whether you have changed your mind or need to report a faulty or damaged product.

To be eligible for a legitimate return, exchange, or refund, your request must fall under one of the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or Faulty Items: If you receive a damaged parcel or defective goods, you have the right to request a replacement of the same or similar item, or a full refund.
  • Standard Returns (Change of Mind): Items must be returned in their original, complete condition (including packaging, accessories, and manuals) so they can be resold as new. Proof of purchase or your invoice must be included to process the refund.
  • Failed Deliveries: If a parcel is returned to our warehouse by the courier due to absence at the delivery address or failure to collect it from a pick-up point, you can choose to have the order resent to you or request a refund.

How to Request a Return For all return requests, please email us at contact@manormodern.com. Please include photographic evidence of the item/parcel and a brief explanation of the issue.

Review Process & Return Costs Once we confirm that your request meets our conditions, we will guide you through the return process and issue your refund.

  • For faulty or damaged items: We will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For standard returns (change of mind): We will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Processing Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 14 working days for the funds to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing times.
